Michelina Smith
President / Theatrical Manager
Michelina (she/her) is a Rhode Island-raised, NYC-based director, producer, and talent manager who holds a BA in Theatre Directing and English from Fordham University. As a dancer-turned-actress-turned-director, Michelina was always drawn to the performing arts, but it wasn’t until high school that she found her artistic voice through theatre: an outlet that empowers socially anxious teenagers to be their authentic selves. Now having found her niche in theatrical directing and management, Michelina is passionate about empowering actors to unlock their artistic potential. She wholeheartedly believes that creativity is sparked by meaningful connections between collaborators who lead with empathy and humor. Michelina prides herself on her “people-first” approach to talent management, believing that actors should be treated as “people” first and “artists” second. She is a firm advocate of mental health awareness, and is dedicated to cultivating diverse, equitable, and inclusive spaces for her clients to thrive.
In her treasured free time, you can find Michelina taking sassy dance classes, crocheting various items, or tending to her 4 year-old cactus, Gerald.

Molly McDoneough
Theatrical / Commercial Manager
Molly (she/her) is a New York native whose lifelong passion for theatre began in early childhood, attending shows and performing in local productions. That love soon expanded beyond the spotlight, leading her to pursue a degree in technical theatre, where she focused on stage management. Through her work behind the scenes, Molly discovered her talent for coordinating complex productions and supporting artistic teams—skills that would become the foundation of her career.
Her stage management experience sparked a natural progression into directing, where she found joy in shaping stories from concept to curtain call. With a deep understanding of both the logistical and creative sides of theatre, Molly developed a strong reputation for being a collaborative leader with a clear vision and a calm, grounded presence.
Now transitioning into talent management, Molly brings her hands-on theatre experience and deep-rooted knowledge of the performing arts industry to advocate for and support emerging and established talent. Her background allows her to connect authentically with artists, understanding their needs, ambitions, and the realities of the industry from every angle. She’s passionate about championing bold voices, fostering meaningful relationships, and helping performers navigate their careers with confidence and clarity.
